So, I liked this place, I live nearby and thought I can come and take couple pic for my photography class. And I was stoped by a security guard demanding me to stopped shooting otherwise they will turf me away because it's a private property - that means they can do whatever they want. I asked if I can take pic on my phone and he said no. I asked to provide a prof - he didn't have it because he forgot somewhere. I walked away, but I felt that somebody is watching on me. Here is anxiety. I called the management to complain. The management answers so I can take pics on my phone no problem. I wanted to complain and call was transferred to security. Not much help I got from them, and they confirm so taking pic on the phone is illegal, except selfies. Tried to convince me doing bad things. And you will probably be able to find thousand of pic on Instagram of that place. Don't pull out your phone - they will arrest you. I don't feel secure here anymore. So, yep people that how we should be treated. Bye gardens.

Great mall to walk around, dine, and shop when weather is good. Very busy on weekends with long waits for most restaurants. Parking is a problem on Friday night and weekends. Got farmers market every Friday morning.

I was there on business and wanted to take my manager somewhere really unexpected. We went to Victoria Gardens and had such a lovely time. We went to the Fish House for dinner and it was absolutely top shelf. Beautiful table settings, unique appetizer selections, delicious wine and fabulous service. We did a bit of shopping after and visited some unique stores that we don't have in our local area. I loved the whole atmosphere of out-door/in-door European shopping plazas. Definitely a must-go-visit if you are in Rancho Cucamonga.

There are all kinds of shops there for your every need. Its so comfortable to walk around with music going in the background outside! Restaurants abound from pizza to chocolate, crepes, full size, quality restaurants featuring Italian, American, Fish, Mexican, Steaks. You can shop till you drop and then go to the food court! It is so pleasant to Christmas shop there also and see the "Snow" fall.

Victoria Gardens is truly a great place to hang out at. You can spend half a day very easily window shopping. You can have lunch or dinner at many of the great restaurants out there. There is also a food court at sight if you are on a budget. One of my favorite restaurant out here is "Luna". Great Mexican/fusion delight that is worth a visit or impress someone. Victoria Gardens is surely a good place to take someone there if they are visiting the Inland Empire. Parking is tough on the weekends since everyone has the same idea of hanging out there. One of the better malls in San Bernardino county.

Wide variety of restaurants, including many with outdoor dining. Plenty of places to shop or just hang out. Pet friendly, kids playground, movies, food court, etc. Always kept clean and rarely any issues.

It's supposed to be a pet-friendly place, but their security guard selectively bully dogs' owners for "allowing" their dogs barked "disturbing" the public. They yell at you and expel you from the property only because your dog is determined by them to be aggressive dog for barking a few seconds in the public. They even call the Sheriff to harass you to get out the property. BEWARE!!!!!

This place has everything. Movie theater, cultural center, library, trendy shops, chain stores, fine dining, fast food, bars. It's even a great place to walk at night, enjoy the fresh air and the cozy setting. Plenty of free parking.

We love going to Victoria Gardens on those Saturdays that we're needing to take the kids out somewhere. They have a train that they can ride for $3 each and a little carousel in the food court for $2 each. When the grassy area in Chaffey town square is open, we'll bring a ball for the kids to kick around. There is entertainment on most weekends. The trolley is also fun (and free!) and when you want to "splurge", you can ride on the cinderella horse carriage for $5 each. There are plenty of great places to eat- our favorites are Lucille's, Johnny Rockets, the Yard House, Corner Bakery Cafe, Pinkberry and hot dog on a stick. There's also a playground by the food court. We like to grab a corn dog from hot dog on a stick and sit by the outdoor fireplace while the kids play on the playground. In the summertime, kids come in their bathing suits and run around in the ground water shooters. You can easily spend several hours here just hanging out and have a really good time. Down side is that it gets really windy in that area sometimes and it gets pretty packed on the weekends.
