Dangerous choices from a dangerous driver

Safety should be first! Apparently that wasn’t a concern for the driver that passed all of us that were pulled over on SIlverado Trail. We all pulled over because there was an ambulance with its lights on coming from a feeder crossroad. We all gave way…. But not this suburban - plowed right on through…. With no caution what so ever. Just around the next bend, a big accident - car off the side of the road, and down the embankment….. just shameful that this driver felt it was okay to pu their tour first, ahead of medical assistance.

Many choices in the valley - I wouldn’t recommend this company

A wonderful experience

We hired Pure Luxury to pick us up at SFO and take us to our hotel in Sonoma. The whole experience was such a positive experience. First, they were so easy to communicate with, as there were flight delays on our travel day. Second, our driver arrived early, knew exactly where to meet us, and was even helpful in getting our bags off the carousel. The car was so comfortable and the drive was so smooth. I can't recommend Pure Luxury enough for all of your Napa area travel needs.

First Class Company!

Hired Pure Luxury to transport our wedding guests to and from the hotel to the wedding venue in Napa, Ca. From the first time I contacted them, Shannon, Alexia and the entire staff was professional and got a quote for me right away.

Not only did they answer questions before the event, they showed up on time with a friendly and excellent driver in a beautiful, clean, comfortable motor coach. Many of our guests commented on how nice the transportation was and how kind the driver was to them.

Highly recommend this company!

Let Someone Else Drive While You Are in Wine Country

Our group of 14 was looking for a way to enjoy in Napa without having to worry about driving. Best decision we made. Our driver was great as she got us around Napa Valley seeing the sites and making our appointments at Bell Winery and Baldacci Winery. We had lunch at a great Mexican grocery and made stops at the Napa Valley sign, Oakville Grocery and CIA. We also had a little fun along the way, made better by Pure Luxury. Plus, the driver is a great photographer for group photos.

Pure Pleasure With Pure Luxury

For my wife’s 60th, we went to Sonoma Valley for two days of winery visits/tastings. We had six friends and family with us so eight total. I decided I wanted no one driving so, based on the recommendation of the Fairmont Mission Inn, I contracted with Pure Luxury Transportation to drive us around in one of their Mercedes Benz Sprinter vans and boy, was I glad I did! The van I selected was a party style, with a long couch and table. Had plenty of room. Great sound system. Pure Luxe provided a bottle of sparkling wine and waters. The van was spotless. And our driver? His name is LES and he was AWESOME, WONDERFUL, AMAZING! He was punctual, professional. He totally made our trip so effortless & enjoyable. We were able to enjoy the tastings without having to worry about driving or finding our way around (none of us were from the area). While we selected the wineries to visit the first day & made the reservations, for the second day, I took advantage of Pure Luxe services to plan the trip for the second day, including making all the reservations. For a small service fee, this took the pressure off my shoulders to arrange the second day and it was well worth it! They scheduled the three wineries we wanted to go to and set it up for us to have a lunch break (and LES suggested where to have lunch and it was spot on!).

Tooling around Sonoma Valley with Pure Luxe at the wheel is DEFINITELY the way to go, especially with a group. When we go back, we will absolutely use them again. We highly suggest you do to!

My husband and I, used this company for a private wine tour. The service by Doug Sullivan was excellent. He was very knowledgable and super helpful and nice. We really enjoy the drives.

Great!

As a bride, one of the most important things to me was keeping all of our loved ones safe to and from the wedding venue. We had an extended reception (and lots of drinks were had) so we wanted to make sure that everyone was safe coming down the winding road of our venue. Enter Pure Luxury Transportation. They did an amazing job of navigating to a hard to get to venue, shuttled guests up a large hill on the venue site to make sure they were comfortable, and each seat had seat belts to boot!

They always answered my calls on the first few rings and were speedy at email responses. Don't look anywhere else! Pure Luxury is a dream!

Always There When You Need Them

I had to go for surgery at kaiser . This was done in oakland and after the surgery I could not drive for 24 hours,The driver was on time to pick me and had no problem getting me to the hospital. The next day he was there to get me home on time .

The town car was clean and had great sound system.

Great company great drivers

On a business trip to Petaluma, my host used Pure Luxury to transport us to and from SFO airport. Glenn picked me up. He was courteous and professional. Being a first time visitor to the area, I enjoyed his stories about the San Francisco and Petaluma areas. When I was taken back to the airport, John H was the driver. He too was top-notch. Our conversations made the time fly during the traffic filled drive. He made me feel
