Adelaida Cellars' family owned vineyards include seven distinct properties totaling 168 acres in the craggy mountainous terrain of Paso Robles' Adelaida District. Only 14 miles from the Pacific Ocean on steep elevated sites, a diverse planting of 24 varieties with an emphasis in Rhônes, old vine pinot noir, dry farmed zinfandel, and mountain style cabernet sauvignon, our stressed vines produce low yields of precise flavor.

We've not been to Adelaide for a little while so were absolutely delighted with their new tasting room! Gorgeous! So not only is the wine fabulous, service great - there is now the most lovely patio to sit and enjoy your wine (or next to fireplace) and just relax and soak up the goodness.

One of Pearl of Paso Limousines favorite wineries to take our guest wine tasting. They have fantastic wines and spend quality time with patrons. Tasting on the hill top is an option that should not be missed.

Enter into a large open area with a fireplace and tasting bar. We tasted 6 wines from Chardonnay Blend to Grenache, Syrah and Zinfandel. We liked the Syrah and Zin the best. Nice people and fun tasting at a reasonable price. All very knowledgable about their wine and the competitors.

We wanted to visit wineries in Paso Robles during April and selected ten different wineries to visit over two days. Adelaida Cellars was our first stop and proved to be a nice stop. The tasting room was very nice and fairly new proving to be a friendly atmosphere and not crowded at all. Tasting fees were $10 and you could... More

Every time we visit Paso we stop at a couple new wineries. This visit we stopped at Adelaida Cellars and didn't regret we visited them. It has great wine and very friendly staff. Beautiful tasting room and surrounding as well! I prefer white wines, but they had only one white wine. It was excellent! Their reds are good as well!

We did the vineyard tour, taste & tailgate. With Glenn as our guide we had a very informative tour and memorable tour with exceptional wines along the way matching the wine with the vines in front of us. A marvelous flight of whites and reds ending with a perfectly matched tray of artisan cheeses and Adelaida walnuts. The staff are... More

The tasting room, and the adjacent club-members only lounge, are very nice, and a great step forward from the previous, and often very crowded, small tasting room. The same great wine, but in a roomier and more relaxed setting. All of their wines are very good and those pouring are very knowledgeable and engaging.

We had a wonderful experience at Adelaida. I picked 6 of the highest rated wineries West of the 101 on this weekend tour and we started at the furthest point with Adelaida first on our tour. I am glad that I waited until after our entire tour was over and a few days to think about what I thought about... More

My brother and I had the greatest experience here in the summer of 2015, even before their recent renovations were completed. We went on the recommendation of a local wine merchant, who we happened to meet at a restaurant bar the previous day. Of course, as you might expect, the wines we tasted were excellent, even the more affordable ones-... More

This was our second visit and it was every bit as wonderful as our first visit there less than a year ago. The staff is very personable and helpful and their new facility is really beautiful. I love seeing their hundreds of acres of walnut trees - they are interesting to see through all seasons. Great wines, great property and... More
