We have been before, but this seated outdoors tasting was great. We were each given our own selections (Covid conscious service) and our hostess was terrific. We purchased several of their unique olive oils and are now enjoying at home.

At must visit anytime in Paso. They limit shoppers to six but so ar the rest of the Paso stores during this nutty time! Great selections of olive oils and spices. They ship!

Olive oil shop in town and production site in the country share the same products, and we visited both. $50 a bottle for olive oil reflects the cost to produce hand made olive oils in California, but is less expensive that a trip to Italy, where it costs much less for even better production. Interesting experience for those who like to cook. No production area tours during virus times, but that is very interesting.

We stop here every chance we can. You can taste about every type olive oil made. We enjoy the mixing and matching. The girl telling us about the oil was very good and interesting.

Not being much of a wine drinker myself, I added this to our winery/distillery trip to Paso and I was not disappointed. We drove along the beautiful road for awhile and suddenly there it was...We were greeted my a very friendly young lady and she guided us through the olive oil tasting. There were four of us and all of us were amazed at the depth of the flavors in these olive oils. We left with a car full of Olive Oil. Check it out if you have time.
