A lot of fun for kids of different ages. My eight and ten year olds loved the science stations and interactive tennis ball area. Nice outside animal exhibits.

The childrens museum and zoo is so nicely kept and updated. We visited regularly while we lived nearby. Lots of animals, interactive games for children, and plenty of benches for parents/caregivers to sit. Good bathrooms as well.

This is a terrific place for family, and best of all, entrance fee is basically your voluntary donation.

Perhaps not World Class by adult standards, for a 3 and 5 year old this was the best ever place to go. In addition the small collection of animals, they have a science interactive center as well.

This small museum and zoo is filled with interesting animals, activities, and play space for young children (maybe 1 to 8). There are plenty of volunteers and staff to answer questions, show the animals, and make visitors feel at home. Although there is a suggested...More

The hands-on exhibits are created often by talented staff and are appropriate for young children, who thoroughly enjoy it. The zoo is small but has local California animals like bobcats.

No lockers , but it's a small community museum, with someone attending the front desk who can see the area where bags & strollers are left. They should be pretty safe.
