What you should expect: the entire loop trail is about a mile in length, and takes roughly an hour. You will probably want to go into the pool under the waterfall, so dress appropriately for that. (We were visiting after a season with good rainfall,...More

Nice hike out in the open desert both ways, it is a mile as the crow fly's, each way. But the streams and the 50' waterfall are beautiful and refreshing. Pack three bottles of water for each person and some trail mix and you will...More

This is a very nice peaceful, tranquil trail. There is a waterfall, however when we went, it was during a draught period and the waterfall was dry. But the trail still gives a beautiful view of the desert and Palm Springs.

This is a lovely, short, gentle hike that winds its way up through 300ft on sand and rock, to a beautiful (seasonal) 60ft waterfall. The trail is very well maintained, starts in desert and finishes in a thick, delightful forest of Cottonwood trees. Our visit...More

At first I was a little annoyed by the admission price of $12.50 pp, to be completely honest. Especially as the park and trails aren't especially long. However, it was quickly evident that the canyon scenery is seriously breathtaking. The massive massive boulder formations are...More
