This is a great way to spend a day with family and friends. We bought a tram ticket and loved being dropped off at each location. Loved it. The only thing we did not do was the butterfly exhibit. We just ran out of time.More

Every staff member and volunteer had outstanding customer service.The extra $ for the trolley will allow you to see it all. The animals are loved by their caretakers and seem to be given adequate space. I think the extra fee cost for attractions is absurd....More

Yes, we have adult push-carts available free of charge, but we ask for a small donation. The push-carts are at a first-come first-serve basis.

Hop on HWY 111 and go South East. Stay on 111 for about 6 miles and then make a right onto Portola. We are on Portola on your left hand side 47900 Portola Ave in Palm Desert
