Plenty of parking space and a great view of multiple sides of the valleys below. Walking trails are well groomed and easy to navigate. Ten Commandments stations sporadically placed along the trails and a miniature white gazebo with a cross on top of it at...More

Set in a quaint hillside (use GPS to find it) a beautiful setting. You can find inner peace and beauty within yourself. Since I'm in the area a few times monthly, I make it a point to visit. Haven't participated in a retreat but imagine...More

This is a beautiful place to escape just to be by ones self to re-group and get away from the hectic world. The hospitality of the monks was incredible.

What a beautiful location and setting for an abbey! We have attended mass here numerous times over the years and have welcomed the sense of peace and tranquility it offers. Even for non-Catholics, just to see the grounds and visit the church is uplifting and...More

The grounds are beautiful and the church is stunning with its large stained Glass windows. Very peaceful setting for meditation and they hold a daily mass at 1100AM.

This is a beautiful monastery. Besides the quiet spiritual atmosphere there is an interesting and gorgeous chapel together with the rest of the monastery -- which also has a nice library. If you like religious books and/or goods I doubt there is a better source...More

Stayed here for a spiritual retreat. This monistary is just what was needed for a quiet time of reflection, prayer and meditation on the scriptures. The priests were funny and personable. The food was quality for their simple kitchen. The rooms are nothing special, but...More

The Abbey building is a new modern structure. I was expecting something older. The drive up the hill was a bit scary. Nice views once you get up to the top.
