Oceano dunes is unique in that you get to go offloading at the beach. The dunes are fun and there are ATV Rentals and other services nearby. The area is small for a OHV area and there are lots of campers and ATVs. Fun and...More

We walked on the beach and saw so many sand dollars that weren’t broken. Never expected that with all the vehicles there. The sun was warm and not very crowded.

This is the only beach in the state of California that literally you can drive down the beach. If your car is 4x4 you can take your own risk of driving to the sand. Instead of doing this we walk like a mile or two...More

I saw plenty of RV's out on the sand. Two of them were stuck...so, sure you can go, just don't get too brave. Also, I noticed that RV's had plywood barricading the sides of the RV's for overnight camping so the sand wouldn't... More
