Taking the ferry to work is soooo much more enjoyable than BART. Relaxing, always a seat, great staff, coffee, serene views and peace on the way to work.... priceless!

We used the ferry to travel over to downtown San Francisco for a day trip and back. Staff is friendly & helpful and the view is the best way to see it all.

this ferry is a great way to travel between San Francisco Alameda and Oakland and avoid the really horrible freeway traffic This 20 min trip is a lovely relaxed trip sipping a drink and eating a treat

I have never taken the Larkspur so I cannot answer. Living in Oakland I am partial there but getting to Marin and San Rafael and then Angle Island, the Larskpur works better I believe.
