Preservation Park was my daughter’s wedding venue. It is a quaint, quiet oasis in downtown Oakland. Beautifuly restored Victorian homes, lovely gardens and paths for walking. We saw moms with strollers one afternoon.

This is a very adorable little street. It has about two dozen renovated Victorians, which have been converted into office space mainly for non-profits.

I pass through this small park several times a week and it always lifts my spirit. It's a collection of preserved historic houses that are now used for offices for non-profit organizations. Architecture, landscaping and fountain are lovely. Quiet oasis.

Came for a weekend conference at one of the Halls, not realizing that it was part of a special architectural project, an enclave of period houses preserving the charm of an actual Victorian neighborhood. The buildings now house offices, an auditorium, and who knows what...More
