Stop on by if you are in Jack London and if you like history and Jack London. Take time to read the bronze plaques, and then walk a few more paces and get a beer at Heinholds.

this relocated cabin is interesting for its historical value but it is just a small cabin in an area of restaurants and bars worth a look if you are already there

It sits in the middle of the square and is an interesting place to see. A bit disappointing but also interesting that it is partially real and another part of is is elsewhere (I think I read Canada). A few minutes and done!

Unless you are a real Jack London fan, or already in Jack London Square, this is not likely worth a special trip there. A small prospectors cabin was brought from Alaska and rebuilt here. You can peek inside. Not a lot to see.

The one thing that we noticed immediately is the entry through a low door into a low ceiling and darkened tiny bar. The home of Jack London is now a well-trafficked historical sight of the famous author. Stay for a drink or not, but at...More

This is little more than just an old cabin that now serves as a bar. It was a favorite hangout of Jack London's for many years. There are a few trick passageways inside so expect to have someone sneak through one to surprise you.
