The ferry is only $1 dollar and runs all day. It was so much fun to see and highly recommend it if you have never been to the area.

The ferry is very inexpensive. Just $1 per person. It is a short crossing so they run all the time. If you miss a ferry, don't fret. there will be another one in just a couple minutes.

We took Uber from our hotel to Balboa where we took the ferry. It was quick and very easy. Ferry goes back and forth only taking a few minutes. You can walk or drive on.

It's a beach town so the streets are somewhat narrow but very easy to drive on.
