Full day 12 hour charter with 6 persons, elected to go for big game tuna fishing. Younger, less experienced crew. Spent less than one hour with poles in the water. Captain and crew would fish for big game fish, pass the fishing rod to us. We stopped at kelp beds for less than 5 minutes before we were off chasing... More

We left the harbor at 0' dark thirty and made bait just outside of the jetty. Luckily bite sized Mackerel were plentiful and we filled up the bait tank quickly. It was off to the islands we went in chase of Yellowtail. While crossing the channel, which looked like glass, a crew member spotted a Mako shark lurking the surface.... More
