Small unassuming tasting room with a delicious selection of wines just outside of Yountville. Appt needed. Well crafted wines, more French in style. So nice to find a "non-corporate" winery. The tasting room staff gave us other suggestions for small family run wineries.

The wine was wonderful, but the tasting experience was bare bones. Tiny room, stand at the bar and sip. No water, no crackers, and a modicum of knowledge on the part of the person pouring.

We worked with the concierge at our hotel to book a reservation at Elyse; we booked the day before our Tuesday visit. Reservations are required here. This is a small winery that's off the beaten path; we picked it based on having their Rhone varietal at a restaurant in Washington, DC a few years ago and loving it so much... More

if you are tired of all the Cabs that encompass Napa, then come here. The Zins and petite syrahs are amazing. You do have the make an appt, but they are very accommodating. The reason for the appt is limited space. It is small, but very good wines. Also, this is a place that will comp your tasting if you... More

This small winery off the busy Napa Valley Highway is a nice relaxing stop to taste some very special wines. I am a red wine drinker and thought their cabernet's were delicious! Our group of 6 bought a case to be sent home. Got to meet the owner/wine maker Ray and wine make Mike. Very customer friendly people. Worth the... More

We found this winery while doing some research online, and we are incredibly happy we were able to stumble upon it. It does not appear to be well known, even in the area, but the small size, personal nature of the tasting, and different varietals they offer made this more than worth the time. Kim provided a very personal and... More

We tasted 6 wines here last Sunday and they were all delicious! Not just good, but delicious. The tasting room is small but the service was delightful. The tasting fee is $25 but they waive it if you buy 3 bottles, which was easy to do. We liked it so much we became wine club members. Call ahead for reservations.

My friends and I were here a few years ago and enjoyed their wines so much that we joined their wine club as soon as shipment to Massachusetts became legal. The tasting room is small and you have to book an appointment for a tasting but that just means you get more individual attention. I love it there and can't... More

I did fall in love with some of the Elyse wines. The more I visit Napa the more I look for the "experience". That is the only thing lacking at Elyse. They do have some nice wines and I wound up joining their club but I doubt I would visit again. Typically when I visit, I buy. If you have... More
