We did the dinner in the Vista Dome and loved it! Gabby took wonderful care of us throughout the trip. The food was great and the service was excellent. We'd all do it again in a heartbeat.

This was a special experience but even at over $300, worth it. The group was small - around 30 with a team of four and a chef to chaperone us around four vineyards which are situated next to the tracks. On the train we were...More

We visited the Napa Valley Wine Train as part of a travel symposium. The train is restored 1915 Pullman Cars. They are quaint and bring to mind the luxury travel of days gone by. The train travels slowly through the Napa Valley, giving riders ample...More

This trip was just unbelievable. We did the lunchtime journey and enjoyed every moment. So relaxed and so much fun. The food was delicious, bottles of wine ranged from $38 upwards so not extortionate. We asked before and found out you can bring your own...More

We were unsure of doing this but so glad we did. The wine train serves fabulous wine and food and stops in wineries. We did the Ambassador tour which included lunch and stopped at two wineries - Charles Krug and Raymond. Really enjoyed the experience!...More

We did casual dress, as did virtually everyone else, and it perfect. It was a bit cool\rainy that day but warmed as the time passed. Perhaps keep arms covered or take a light sweater.

Can someone please confirm that passengers are seated at private tables in the Quattro Vino tour? I found this - The vintage interior features two rows of brown leather love seats with plush, navy backs, each paired with a table for dining. Is this table just for one couple or is it shared with another couple?

It depends on how many people are on the train. Very often they put you with other couples.
