Whether you bring the kids or just yourself this is a peaceful and beautiful place to visit. Great hiking trails for all levels. In the warm summer days be sure to bring extra water and be aware of snakes.

Great place to get away from it all, and yet not that far away. Enjoyed learning about the history of the area.

Beautiful area to hike or ride. Easy terrain. Nothing too technical. Beautiful in the spring when it greens up from rains. Can be hot in the summer.

Had a great day with my kids. I'm not in great shape, so there were several choices for me to choose from. Would recommend for a full day or just part of a day. There are also picnic tables.

Whether with my wife or with the whole family, we always enjoy a peaceful hike at the plateau. If you go on the spring you will see the beautiful flowers blooming as well as the green grass.
