Had a great time at the performance of the comedy “The Foreigner,” directed by Mary Ann Curmi. Hilarious script, well cast, great acting. Delightful for a local theatre group. Definitely recommend trying them out. Black Bart Theater is just off Main St. by the park....More

The play was fantastic! We stopped at a coffee shop nearby and then on to the theater. They used a combination of live actors and film behind the set to give a graphic visual of the tragedy of the Elephant Man.

Great theater with plenty of room for everyone to either sit or stand. Loved the "old" feel of it as well and the location was great.

This Theater always has something fun and unusual about the performances. During the summer, performances are outside at Brice Station Winery and fall/winter returns them to a quaint theater in downtown Murphys.

Enjoyed a Saturday evening performance at the recommendation of a local - and what a treat! Just outside town, an outdoor amphitheater-style venue in the clearing of a hillside vineyard. We attend quite a bit of theater, and while a casual venue, the staging and...More
