I almost left in tears. There are 3 sea lions in this aquarium with hardly enough room to swim! Their enclosure is tiny with almost no natural light, it felt like a cell. We spoke to the workers and were told that is where the...More

This is animal torture. The conditions the seals are kept in are shocking. Tiny cages, yards from the ocean where they hear other seals living in freedom. The prisoner seals had a desperate, depressed look in their eyes & you can hear their desperate cries...More

This aquarium is small and old, however I grew up going to see the seals. My parents took me when I was small and I recently took my daughter. It can be entertaining for children to see and feed the seals, not much else though

It has been there for over 50 years. Great place for the kids to feed the seals & see sea life up close. It IS the best thing in Morro Bay!!!

Where else can a family with kids see an attraction like this so affordably. Families have been enjoying this for decades.

The sea lions were put in bathtub-like cages. The small water tanks had nothing for the poor animals to hide in or be entertained by.

When I visited Morro Bay I knew there was an aquarium, however, when I saw it from the outside I immediately knew that I did not want to support the place in anyway! From the pictures and reviews I've seen online I was right in...More

This is called an Aquarium, but basically, it has a few Sea Lions, and they're fun. You can buy fish there to feed them. Once you're past that, its all downhill. The aquarium is inside. Basically its a few fish tanks with some fish in...More

It just broke our hearts to see these sea animals in such small containers. None of the animals seemed happy. Animals can hear the free seals outside in harbor and they are trapped. This should be a rescue reserve and not what it is.
