Went there with kids when they where smaller and it was a great learning experience for the whole family. I think we enjoyed it as much as the kids.

Rock Narrator is earphones telling history. There is an auditorium with additional information. Gift shop and restrooms are available. Donation box is available.

The museum has a number of hands on exhibits about the geology and animals of the region and was a good way to spend the afternoon with the youngest traveler in the group.

We really enjoyed this sweet museum. It was very educational for the area and any other similar estuary. Lovely and helpful staff and lovely view! We walked there and really enjoyed the experience!

Time to spin those history wheels and learn a bit about the central coast. Great picture and fun things for kids to do. Lots of history about the native Indians and the rock before it was blown up a bit!

The museum charges $2.00 entry fee UNLESS you are camping in the state park campground across the street, then it's FREE.
