Great staff with excellent wine recommendations. You can do wine tasting or sit at one of their tables and get a glass of wine and food. The view at sunset was amazing and was a nice complement to the great wine and food. I believe the wine is mostly sourced from this county which was a nice addition as well.... More

Visited here for lunch on a recent visit to the Aquarium. The restaurant is a difficult location to find....upstairs and at the back of a shopping mall on Cannery Row. The place was wide open for seating and the service was great. However, it appears they added a personal touch to the clam chowder that I was not fond of.... More

This combination wine bar & market has the location going for it. Located at the end of the wharf, it has an amazing view. You can sit either at the wine bar, or in comfy seats with small tables facing the windows. Order some wine and small plates and watch the sailboats, kayaks, sea birds, and otters go by. Lovely!... We had lunch and tasted several wines with friends who were picking up their wine club shipment. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch (very good options available) and the four wines they poured. We joined their Club Quattro. We return each month to pick up our shipment and have also eaten lunch several times Definitely recommend this. The grapes for the... More

Absolutely recommend this spot overlooking the bay down in Cannery Row. I went with a friend who lives in Monterey and we both learned so much about local wines, businesses and just the general area. Our server / sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable about the wines on the tasting menu, clearly loved his job, and could fill us in on local... More

Views were incredible! and the wine was great. My husband had beer and they had Peter B's on tap. We like that they support local businesses.

My husband and I went on a Friday afternoon. We were seated in front a very dirty window that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for ages and had bird feces all over it. After sampling some different wines we bought a bottle and decided to share a glass out of the bottle and were charged a "sipping" fee that... More

This used to be one of our favorite places to go while in Monterey. Over the years they have made changes to squeeze every dime out of their customers. Our most recent visit was this past Saturday, we arrived around 12:00 to an completely empty restaurant/wine bar - that should have been our first clue. We had 5 adults and... More
