The house was further up so it had a good view of the ocean. It was a very big house and the rooms were big. They had an old music box that still played. The docent showed a picture of one of the first 'selfies'.

Joined the 2-hour walking tour of Mendocino conducted by Jane T, a fascinating story teller and one of the Kelly House docents. It was a great way to see and understand how this charming and remote city came to be.
