The Ranger here tries her best to make this Park one of the best around. The place was spick and span and the toilets, although fairly basic, were also very clean. This was one of the best State Parks we camped in.

Great hiking trails, beautiful campsites, nice bathrooms. We used the campsite just for a picnic, however, the camping here looked very nice

This option is a good workout for walkers. 8 miles roundtrip from the trailhead parking lot. Although signage indicates 7 miles. Drive thru the campground to find trailhead parking at the end of the road. The path is also suitable for mountain bikes. The Pygmy...More

They have a fire pit with a half grill. Its small and doesn't cover the whole fire pit. we have used it to roast corn on the cob and fish in tin foil
