This is the next best thingto a real New England fisherman's village. I hope it does not get torn down and replaced with high end condominiums. It would also be great if they could offer more commerical dock access, for real fishing boats, and for charter boats OnBoat in Los Angeles.

My family and I decided to go to Fisherman's Village on Saturday at noon because we thought we would be mindblown by the fun attractions and food there. While we were right about the number of food options in the village (seafood, Italian, Mexican), the attractions were lacking by a mile. The boats were mostly closed, the shops were not as exciting, the buildings were somewhat dirty, and the bathroom was not clean enough that I would use my wet hand tissues to clean my hands instead. I will give an A on the scenic views. The music band in the village played like the Beatles, as some locals danced with nostalgia. Overall, the location and food were great, but with limited attractions. I still recommend tourists to come to Fisherman's Village, but just for lunch and/or to see the beautiful ocean at Marina Del Ray.

Just a touristy area with a beautiful view. Needs a little facelift - but parking was easy! We went to see the home of Bluth’s Banana Stand!

We went on a Tuesday afternoon only to find everything closed but one shop of Turkish housewares. No one was able to help us with questions. There were 2 small food places. Very disappointed.

Nice place except for Marina Del Rey Boat Rentals!

That business should be removed as the owner/manager scams its customers as the multiple 1 star reviews indicate on their profile. Stay Away at All Costs!

Please take action as they are tainting the reputation and the experience that customers have when visiting Fisherman's Village!

A nearby shopping google search for incense brought me to The Marigold Mercantile in Marina Del Ray. I didn’t feel like driving. So, I Uber’ed from Burbank. The Marina Waterside Center and surrounding Marina Area made for a great few hours. I enjoyed the view. The sun was shining with plenty cool winds. Everything was completely picturesque. The people were very, very friendly. The restrooms at McDonald’s were closed. I ate lunch at CPK instead. And I have been here before, but to the beachside area. It’s about 1-1/2 to 2-miles away, but not an advisable walk or bike. I didn’t walk with swimwear... Maybe, I’ll go back home.

While the place is colorful and looks vibrant, there is not much (if anything) to see or do here. We got here before noon and the place was barely awakened. There are not many coffee shops or places to hand out and just chill. You can only go up and down the pier, eventually, hang out with the sunbathing seals, It was the only moving part of our visit. Although it is a good scenery for photos. While there, you can take a walk to Marina Bay, it is not too far and it's a pleasant walk

Our uber driver dropped us off at Fisherman's village by accident. We thought that was where we needed to be for the New Years Eve events. There were only a few places open because of the holiday. There are a few restaurants along the pier and a few specialty shops. It was quiet and peaceful along the harbor.

We had assumed that this would be very like Shoreline Village in Long Beach - twee but pleasant for a stroll and a coffee and checking out the tacky tourist shops. Unfortunately when we went there it was desolate, nothing open, no people, empty carparks. I can only assume that it's pretty much closed down. There are obviously one or two companies operating out of here and one had some nice old charter boats; other than this - nada.
