There are 2 roads to this State Park off Hwy 1 depending on where you are coming from. Both take about 20-25 minutes. Park next to the campground along the road. There are signs posted for the hike. Watch your step! There are sheer cliffs...More

I run the bluff trail 3 times per week. A predictable 3.2 miles with slight elevation gain. The ocean never looks the same. Somewhat more crowded on weekends.

A favourite trail to walk or bike. Go early and beat the tourists. An easy walk out and back with gorgeous views down to the water. Spot whales, otters and seals.

This is an easy trail with not much elevation gain; it is wide and relatively smooth, but beware it is a dirt and gravel trail. There is access to the beach from this trail involving steps. It's worth it to go down at low tide...More

Level, knee-friendly, uncrowded, just plain beautiful. We were there in March and enjoyed all the blooming flowers and the bright green of spring as well as the sounds and sights of the ocean.

We had a wonderful experience. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The bluffs were unique. Saw sea caves and blow holes. Multitude of birds of various species flying and resting on the rocks.

This is my go to flat trail of about 4 miles round trip. Beautiful ocean bluff trail with seasonal highlights of wildflowers, whale spouts, occasional snakes crossing the trail, lizards, birds, ground squirrels, marine birds, coyotes. Parking can be a problem on peak visitation holiday...More

A great place to get your run on and enjoy the ocean view and breeze to move you along. Not a difficult path to maneuver and a well groomed path to keep you moving.
