This is great historical location that I finally got the opportunity to visit, though I've lived in Los Angeles my whole life. To get into the Magic Castle, you must be a member or invited by a member. There is a strict dress code and...More

Imagine visiting a Castle with the most talented performers of all time. One room after the next of very impressive magicians, each more talented than the last. I had a terrific time and enjoyed the beer and snack offerings. You do need a member sponsor...More

My partner has been a member of the Magic Castle since childhood. Historically this has been a kitchy LA experience where you had to be the guest of a member. The food was always a far cry from great with mediocre service and way way...More

The Magic Castle is a private club for magicians. While only members and their guests are allowed in, if you ask around, it's not too hard to find a member who can get you in. If you're ever visiting LA, I would make this a...More

We were invited by a family member and really enjoyed it. The champagne brunch was great and fairly priced; loved the prime rib, smoked salmon, and the pastries and desserts! Very pleasant and funny server. The show was really good! Better than expected. The only...More

Dinner reservations aren't required if you attend WITH the sponsoring member. If you're there on a guest pass without the sponsor, you MUST have dinner. Otherwise, you'll be charged even if you don't order dinner!
