We had Dave as our driver and he has so much celebrity knowledge, that our tour was better than expected! His interaction was A+, he got everyone on the bus involved. Was sad when our tour ended, 2 hours went by in a flash!

Not only did the tour start very late, the tour guide was drunk and was forcing us to get off the bus. He went to sleep behind us and a trainee took over. He was worst than the drunken tour guide as he does not know anything.

Didn't see half of home/sites we expected, or were advertised. Our guide Eric was not informative about the sites. Felt like a whirlwind ride, in traffic for two hot hours. He was mostly silent and then made fun of other guide vans/people we passed. Save your money, get a 5 dollar stars map and drive yourself.

We bought tickets on living social and planned to do the hop on, hop off tour. We parked in the public ramp and began searching for the shuttle stop. We were continuously approached by many "tour companies" who claimed they worked for "City Safari Hollywood" who we had bought or tickets through. Each person would tell us to walk to different locations claiming that we could check in at these places. Each time, we realized they were sending us to the competitors and these individuals worked for the competitors trying to confuse us and swindle us into purchasing tickets from them. Eventually fed up with the street pedlars and fictitious claims, we approached a public visitor's center where we were given the correct location. Mind you this was three hours into walking around being sent in circles by these imposters. When we arrived we met with Sean who was very gracious,accommodatindrinkd friendly. We explained our nightmare in being taken advantage of and he was so apologetic and friendly. He held the bus for us, allowing us to grab some drinks and get the kids loaded. While getting my drink, Sean made conversation with me and realized the Hell we had been put through. He expressed his desire to make up for our mishap and offered us a free upgrade to see the stars homes instead of the hop on hop off tour for the evening and to do that your the next day for no extra charge. We took him up on it and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He took what was a horrible day and turned it into a memory my kids and I will never forget! Thank you Sean! You're an angel and you truly have what it takes to be in customer service satisfaction.

We booked the 2 hour tour because of good reviews and we really wanted to see celebrity homes. This tour was a great choice. They all seem to leave from the same place, this one had parking nearby. The van was great - 6 of us on board but fits more. Open sides but had thin roof top over. We were glad we chose this vs. larger bus because he went into very small roads and alleys to show us houses and things we know the bus would never fit! Great tour of Hollywood hills and Beverly hills, lots of fun info and great view. Great overview of the area at the beginning of our trip! Good value. Bring a jacket for wind!

We saw a ton of celebrity homes and learned fun hollywood facts. There was never a dull moment. Our tour guide, James, was very personable. He learned our names and used them through the entire trip and kept us all engaged with questions and fun conversation. We had many laughs. I thought the open air bus was going to be too cold and windy but it was perfect in the LA sunshine. I was very comfortable the whole trip.

I bought a couple of tickets online for me and my wife, it was my second time doing a celebrity tour.
The place was easy to find, and the buses were in very good condition.
Our tour guide Manny was very nice and very funny, I tried very hard to make everyone have a good time. His routes and informations were very interesting too.

Tour was super entertaining and the guide was excellent. It was a great way to see some areas of LA we wouldn't have gone to otherwise such as Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills. Was a little annoyed that the tour waited over 20 minutes for a couple that was late, which messed up our schedule for the day. Would still recommend the tour.

We are booked to go in April and as we are travelling from England
and want to change our time of tour if it's still on.

This is difficult. Literally they had a tiny table standing up on the sidewalk. If you cannot reach anyone it may be best to go there early and ask to change your time. Safe travels!
