Don't come looking for bargains, but it's a pleasant stroll with some beautiful produce and many tempting goodies. I also come here for fish.

You must attend the Los Altos farmers market on thursdays 4-7ish. The joy of all the vendors is great . One of the best places (and they are all great) is the gluten free bakery. Unbelievably good while being good for you. The sweet lady...More

Just happened to read about this on TripAdvisor so decided we'd go. They had great fruit and veggies, but also picked up naan and hummus and salsa so we could have lunch at our hotel that was healthy. We ate dinner at the market. A...More

We spend nearly every Thursday evening at the Los Altos Farmer's Market. The weather is spectacular, they have live music, incredible fruits and veggies, plus you can get your dinner there. Favorites include french crepes, indian food, and bbq ribs and tri tip sandwiches.

Not as good as Mountain View farmers market for produce. But, great for a night out with the family and kids. Live acoustic music and tons of hot dinner options.

It is very relaxing. In addition to the "normal" produce you would expect like fresh produce, there are also popcorn, nan, burritos, ice cream, etc. Often times there is even live music. However, if you are a serious shopper and used to bigger farmers market,...More

This farmer's market is on the sophisticated side. Good quality gourmet and organic fresh and cooked foods to choose from, and many hot, ready to eat booths as well. From fruits and vegetables to flowers, roast chickens, and Indian food, but bring lots of cash.
