This is a nice, happy happening on summer Thursday evenings in downtown Los Altos. There is a nice array of produce and some home made goods (soap, jams/jellies etc.). A family friendly, easy going vibe that makes for a great way to relax at the end of the day. The only reason the event does not get five stars, is... More

We spend nearly every Thursday evening at the Los Altos Farmer's Market. The weather is spectacular, they have live music, incredible fruits and veggies, plus you can get your dinner there. Favorites include french crepes, indian food, and bbq ribs and tri tip sandwiches.

Not as good as Mountain View farmers market for produce. But, great for a night out with the family and kids. Live acoustic music and tons of hot dinner options.

It is very relaxing. In addition to the "normal" produce you would expect like fresh produce, there are also popcorn, nan, burritos, ice cream, etc. Often times there is even live music. However, if you are a serious shopper and used to bigger farmers market, you may be disappointed by the varieties. It is relatively smaller.

This is a foodie fave with lots of food options. The atmosphere is lively with the whole street blocked off. Community feel where you walk into neighbors. I prefer the produce at Mountain view farmers market but this is a great casual event for the family.

This farmer's market is on the sophisticated side. Good quality gourmet and organic fresh and cooked foods to choose from, and many hot, ready to eat booths as well. From fruits and vegetables to flowers, roast chickens, and Indian food, but bring lots of cash.

The Los Altos version of a farmer's market doesn't feel very close to the farm, but yet it is fair to say that the 3 small blocks on State St get converted into a very pleasant open air refreshing and enjoyable event. There's plenty of fruits, breads, pastries and jams. There is food to get immediately or to take home... More

We've been attending the Los Altos Farmer's market for the past several years and have enjoyed the event every time. It's relatively small (2 1/2 city blocks), in the middle of downtown Los Altos, but the vendor selections and food offering makes it a very enjoyable for a wide range of tastes. In the past there were vendors selling handmade... More

The gophers have ruined my tomato plants this year. The squirrels have stolen all my fruits so I will be shopping at the Farmer's Market this summer. I like that it is not too big, yet it has an assortment of vendors who have what I like.

Fresh veggies and much much more. A must do if in the Village. Local produce from organic farmers. Parking is usually no problem as well.
