Located in the Lompoc Wine ghetto, this eccentric place offering delicious California sparkling that are made fantastically. Their single Vineyard Pinot Noirs are also very nicely done, not overtly jammy that many California wines are these days.

We were told to go to Flying Goat to try the Champagne. The champagne was so bad that we did not stick around for the Pinots. Definitely much better places in the wine ghetto.More
