夏の終わりの私の隠れ家

別荘を持って掃除に汲々とするより、気のおけない仲良しの宿を持つことがいちばん。
軽井沢は不得意なので、追分で風に吹かれる。立原道造を思い出すには最適。昔の宿をそのまま文化施設にしているが、二階には泊まれます。６〜７千円くらい。

古い建物を現代に生かして各種の文化を発信する活動をしています。回廊を回りながらギャラリーや文庫、物販店、それに喫茶などに立ち寄りました。

こだわりのある施設

追分宿の中心エリアにあるアートスペース。古書店を中心にこだわりのあるクラフトや雑貨のショップが入居していました。年ごとに入居者は変わるようですが、個性あるお店ばかりです。アロマショップとうつわのお店もセンスある品ぞろえでした。

脇本陣が復活

かつての追分宿の脇本陣で、その後は旅館として営業を続けてきましたが、最近また復活しました。昭和の風情が漂う建物で、追分宿の頃を感じながら宿泊できます。軽井沢の別の一面が見えてくると思います。

レトロな雰囲気の建物の中で、雑貨等をみられます。カフェもあるので、どこにいくかまよったときにいってみる価値はあります。

古い旅館をリノベーションしたアートなスペース

中仙道追分宿にある油やは古い旅館の建物が活かされたアートなスペースで、アートや雑貨あるいは古書が展示販売されています。パン屋さんやカフェもあるのでぶらりと立ち寄って過ごすにはいい場所だと思います。

信濃追分エリアの文化発信スポットで、たびたびイベントが開かれます。この日はアート・クラフトの展示販売をやっていました。ほぼ毎年実施しており、「信濃追分ホンモノ市」で検索すると詳細が見つかると思います。２０１７年は５０店舗ほど集まっていて、大変賑わっておりました。
