Our campsite was amazing and huge. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the park and the bathrooms. The hiking trails were really nice. We had the misfortune of being next to a huge family who occupied three sites with nearly twenty families including young kids....More

My husband and I visited the park this weekend for some bird watching and photography. We saw turkeys and deer. The foliage has grown back after a fire swept through many years ago. My husband is thinking of leading his birding class here. Quiet environment,...More

This is a really nice campground with great showers and rest rooms, electricity in many sites for RV's or those who just want electricity. Rangers are very friendly as are the plentiful deer, squirrels, and birds. Lovely place.

Clean bathrooms, nice little playground and picnic area. They also have camping, but we were just stopping on our way to Julian.

There are spigots at most of the cabin sites. Some serve as community spigots for some of the cabins within close proximity. I didn't get a look at the camping area sites but I would assume there are spigots there as well... More
