Nice way to spend a weekend afternoon. Can either tailgate and bring you own chairs and drinks or reserve a spot to eat and drink. Once you get the basics of Polo it is interesting to watch and admire the skills of players and quality of the Polo ponies. Best to go when a quality match is on the see... More

My wife and I go at least once a month during polo season to watch the matches either on Saturdays or Sundays. The fields are so beautiful with the backdrop of the gorgeous mountains. I would highly recommend attending. It's a wonderful afternoon for people of all ages.

Great burgers and fries. Friendly service. Cold beer. Decent prices. Always enjoy touring the polo grounds either before or after lunch. We have visited Indio every March for the last four years. We have lunch there at least once each year. We will be back again next year.

This visit to the polo grounds was organized by friends; we had 5 couples total in attendance. Everyone brought at least one item to pass, and we sat on the east side of the field, backing up each car the the location we desired The grandstand announcer was excellent and kept all viewers informed of the action on the filed... We had a terrific time at the Clubhouse at El Dorado for Sunday polo. It was our first time at a polo match. The $10 change was reasonable, the food and drinks were good and the atmosphere was great. The seating at the clubhouse is under a large tent, which is essential. You have the outdoor feeling without the blazing... More

My first visit there, they had a young lady passing out polo magazines and then they had someone on the PA system explaining things about the sport of kings, polo. I like Eldorado because parking is free, you can bring your own chairs and food and refreshments and you can help replace divots at halftime for a glass of champagne.... More

Some friends took us to the Cantina at Eldorado for a Saturday noon polo match and we loved it. There is no parking charge or tailgating feel. Polo at the Cantina happens at noon on Saturdays and Sundays. Need to get there early for a good seat. Great place to sit on a covered patio, have some food and drink,... More

our motivation for this activity was just cuz we'd never been to a polo match. parking is $10 which includes a glossy program. Bleachers and tailgating, but also a reserved patio section at the clubhouse which served very decent menu items. the program was excellent at describing terms, rules, players, strategies of the game, so we learned a thing or... This facility is in the grand style. They have world class Polo matches on most Sundays running from January through March. Call for times. Roc's Firehouse and Cantina is located here and a good spot to view the matches in the distance while enjoying a drink or lunch. If you thought this small review was helpful, let trip advisor know.
