Not much to see or do. We watched the sun set and that was really pretty. Only restaurant was Ruby's and we didn't eat there.

Th HB pier is a fun visit for the whole family. You can watch surfers, beach volleyball, fish, shop, and get a meal or a treat.

This was my daughter's first visit to HB and the pier. We enjoyed walking out to Ruby's and watching all the surfers. Great people watching and walking along the path. Lots of dogs.

This is a nice pier nothing special at all but nice view of the beach, ocean and town. Safe and only one safe of the far end.

This is a very nice area. Great shops, view, etc... People aren't that friendly but it's a nice place to visit. Make sure you pay for parking so you will not get a ticket. Great place to walk, eat, shop and relax

The dog beach is located at the intersection of Goldenwest St. and Pacific Coast Hwy. It's one mile north of the pier. All dogs are welcome so be mindful of non-social dogs.

From the pier you need tackle , pole, cooler, ice, bait.. Deep sea charters have all that and go out miles for best fishing If you have the money, go deep sea. Mikw
