It's clean and right next to the Huntington Beach library there is a lagoon in the middle of the park however it was half dry today. There are really cute squirrels and some not so cute ducks roaming around.

I live near this park and bring my grand daughter here often. There are several playgrounds and walkways. We visit the ducks and geese and watch the squirrels run up the trees. You can fish at the lake during part of the year. It's a great place for picnics, a jog or bike ride. There are two restaurants to enjoy... More

If you wake up in the middle of Huntington Beach Central Park you will not know you are in Huntington Beach. You will be surrounded by a lot of green and trees that you do not see around the city. The lake with ducks and several other birds make you feel as if you were miles away from civilization.

Outdoor space which is not overly crowded with people. Rolling grades with lots of trees. Seems safe during the day. Watch for kids on bikes (whose parents haven't done their job to teach manners toward others) they go very fast down the hills. Leashed dogs allowed.

Located in central Huntington Beach, this park spans two large tracts straddling Golden West Street. Includes a Dog Park, Equestrian Center, Frisbee Golf Course, Libray, athletic fields, playgrounds, new Senior Center, two restaurants, and multiple playgrounds. Good place to walk or play.

Huntington Central Park is an oasis in the middle of the city and county. It has walking trails and places to relax to enjoy peace and quiet. Huntington Beach Central Park is the largest city-owned park in Orange County covering over 350 acres of land. This peaceful setting of open grass fields and extensive tree and flower plantings is used... More

Whenever you wanna take a break from the beach and city life come to HB Central Park. I really enjoyed my time there. Sitting in the sun (or in the shade if you want to) watching folks walk their dogs relaxing from your day. A real oasis in the middle of the city to escape the city (actually nobody wants... More

I attended a dog rescue event in the park and had never been to CENTRAL PARK before. I didn't realize how big it was and how beautiful it was. There are a sports complex and library but I wasn't sure if they were part of the park or just adjacent to it. They have the Shipley Nature Center with limited... More
