We were told by at least two other vineyards to check out Preston. It did not disappoint! Very cool working farm with animals. Loved the interesting varietals and we bought the Barbara and Cinsault. The whites were very interesting too. They have a very cute...More

Preston has been around for a long time. Its kind of funky, sits at the end of the Dry Creek Valley and has some ok wines. I liked their oil cured olives and break they had for sale there which helped sop up the wine...More

We found this winery a couple of years ago during a wine road event and loved it. We've returned several times since and found that even when the other wineries aren't that busy, this one usually is. The wines are consistently excellent. The hosts have...More

Easy to find. Enjoy great hikes or walks while taking a break from wine tasting. Fine views of the lake from many points along the hikes.

We had a great time chatting with the hosts in the tasting room (no reservation) and tasting the wines. Great value all around, and we liked several of the wines. Property is winery and farm. Definitely worth visiting this more homespun feeling destination.

Recommended by friends. Working farm that looks tired. Wine tasting should be fun talking about the wines and vineyards, but none of this here. Wine just okay, would not recommend to any friends. Very peaceful setting.

We stopped @ this winery on a whim. We did not know anything about it. Our Uber driver told us the owner had been in Sonoma a while and was the 1st one on the organic bandwagon. We came to this winery from Ferrari-Corona, and...More

At Preston, the property really makes the trip. The wines were just ok but we loved the market, lambs, cats, picnic area, cats and the sourdough bread!
