This is a great place for a longish walk to the beach where you can see sealions, many sea birds and, if you are lucky, a pair of bald eagles. There are picnic tables if you want to visit for a day and the visitor...More

From historic sites to kitchy restaurants and inns, and including many options for kayaking, hiking and picnic spots, you need to spend at least a day (or a week!) in the Gualala area of the California Coast between Point Reyes and Fort Bragg sometime soon!

There is a nice walk to the ocean along which there are huge old trees. People like walking their dogs out to the water.
