Great park for 7 and under

This is a place is best for small kids under 7. Decent size playground and rides for small kids. Food has wide selection from junk to Italian, Chinese, BBQ, salad and sandwiches.

This is a most lovely park with great rides and activities for younger children, I'd say ages 3-12 years old. It is a very relaxed setting for middle aged folks who appreciate the beauty of botanical gardens and very cool trees that are the most unusual that that you ever see. I love to stroll through the park and grab... More

Here is a wonderful place to take your 7 and under little ones to! No weirdness, zombies, magic, or monsters! It's just fun fun fun. I took my grandkids (2,5, & 6) here, today! The grounds are beautiful, the attractions are appropriate, and the staff is so nice to the kids! Sweet people! Honestly; had I known about this place... More

If your looking for a beautiful theme park that isn't too crowded this the one. We've been coming for the last 4 years. Our kids really love it. There aren't any real scary thrill rides. The setting is serene. Some interesting trees to see too. Recommend buying the season pass. We try to come 3-4 times a year.

We started buying season passes with our first daughter and have now been regulars for 4 years. Both our daughters love it. The rides are targeted at the under 7 crowd and the park is small enough that you can navigate the whole place with young kids in tow in a half day or so. There are always extras like... More

Great gardens, rides and beautiful landscaping. I would say this park is geared more toward families with younger children, couples and seniors. Lots of benches where you can sit and people watch. Great play area for the kids. Beautiful landscaped gardens throughout the park. Many Waterfalls and a man made lake where you can take out duck paddle boats. During... More

Gilroy Gardens is a great place to take smaller kids. Teens would be bored. The gardens are beautiful!! The rides are just right for young kids. The waterfalls are fun to get a little wet. I would suggest eating before you go, the food there is pricey and not very good. However a paddle around the little lake is a... More

Cute park for family with children under 10. Beautiful lush grounds. Just big enough to cover everything in one day.

plan on spending big dollars starting with parking at $14/car, then pay high entry prices (try to find any coupon to reduce the cost) and then add exorbitant food costs (for example $15 for a poorly made sandwich) that will make you think twice about buying any food in the park. The park is showing its age with maintenance on... More
