The place is romantic with an inviting lobby-living room public area with fireplace, table games, etc. We saw it once at Christmas and it is Awesome. The river and the trees from all views are stunning. (Too bad there has been so little rain in...More

The greens are not taken care of at all . Crab grass and divots have taken over the greens. Probably the most neglected golf course in northern California.

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel BUT save your money and stay in the original part. We viewed these rooms before leaving and there was not much of a difference. Our room did have a patio but the hotel is amazing that...More

Saw the course beside the road and stopped to play. Worst course I have played. Lost balls in middle of fairway because grass was so long. Other fairways brown and bare so the ball rolled off the course. Many blind shots with no idea where...More

as far as nine hole courses go this is a gem. Not many flat lies. The greens could use some work but the scenery is great. I recommend getting a cart very hilly

It's a 9-hole course. It may be better groomed in the summer than the Fall and Winter. If you plan to go anyway, bring more balls.

Great setting and some challenging holes. Beautiful scenery for golfing, well kept, greens were fast and it's not every day that you get to golf with deer wandering across the fairways and leaving their droppings on the greens.
