Rolling hills, trees and trails invite you to run, hike, play in the beautiful park. It’s not well planned for easy access/egress for big events but the maze of trails and sweeping views is fantastic. The pond, ducks and geese were lovely.

I always enjoy going to Woodward park. There's always a quiet place to practice my photography on my step daughter or anyone willing to pose for me.

If you want some motivation, visit the Woodward Park. All ages from small kids to senior citizens doing some activity. They have plenty places to seat down and enjoy the scenery.

The Japanese Garden is fairly romantic but only open limited hours. There is is a dog park. If you both own dogs might be a good ice breaker. If she likes to hike or bike it has trails.
