We went up from the Ohlone College trail head. Nice hike around to the back of the ridge. Falcons, red tail hawks, Golden eagle nice birding trip. Payoff at the end is the expansive view. Can get crowded at the top. Best to go midweek....More

Hiked to the peak, which is about 3 miles of climbing on dirt road. It gets very exhausting toward the end but it is so pleasing! Bring plenty of water and snacks.

Views are amazing, creeks are pretty cool for exploring as well. Great walking and hiking - I do not recommend the highest points of the trail for small children,

Come prepared for a beautiful climb. Bring water and experience seeing birds, cows and reaching the top. There are 2 ways to get to trailheads. One climb is steeper and scenery prettier. A must do for locals.
