I have not gone to this theatre in a long while and now I remember why....customer service people look like they hate their jobs, people inside the theatre that we sat next to were rude...kept talking during the movie and then moved there kids to be in row in front of them so they kept getting up checking on them....young enough children that parent and grandparent should have been sitting with them not behind them drinking wine and talking thru the whole movie :(! I will return to the Palladio Luxe where you get some respect and they appear to like their job.

This movie theatre is really good, the seats are comfortable and roomy, screens are nice and the area is nice as well. You can go shopping or eat after in a very nice area.

Most of the screens in this theater have been converted to electric reclining loungers with tray tables and foot rests. Makes the experience to see a movie very inviting and comfortable. There is plenty of space between rows and the elevation between rows ensures that you don't have to look around someone's head in the rows in front of you. Many movie choices at this one venue. Easy, free parking and every Tuesday is $5, no matter what showtime selected.

645pm showing. Too many un-supervised making noises, talking, standing up and walking around during movie.

Concession stand - everything is so expensive. I had to buy a hot dog to get a popcorn and drink for $24.25 not including movie cost from Fandango of $16.44. Over 40 dollars to watch a movie in what felt like a day care center. Very disappointed.

After waiting 15 minutes in the concession line my husband was not able to order a glass of wine for me, as I had his wallet and they required ID (we’re both 60). I understand that, but when he asked if he could go get it and come back to the short refill line he was told he’d have to wait through the long line again which would have meant missing the first 15 minutes of our movie. Ruined the vibe of our night out and we got a refund and left. Both managers were uninterested in any showing any flexibility towards their customers. I thought an entertainment based business would be about helping customers have a good experience in your establishment? Not so!

Wine and beer available with lots of movie choices. Easy to buy tickets and parking relatively close.

Even though I live within walking distance, I had not been to this place in years since I was more comfortable going to Regal in EDH. However, my daughter took me to see Jurassic World for my birthday and I was happy with their improvements. They have taken out the old uncomfortable seats and replaced them with recliners so there are now fewer of them. I believe there are six rows and, even when you extend the leg rest, there is still room for people to walk in front of you. I think there are 10-12 seats in a row, at least in the one we were in. It was nice to stretch out comfortably but I am 6'4" tall and the seats were still not quit tall enough for me as the head rest was not high enough. We sat in the back row and, if I moved my seat all the way down, the screen would have been somewhat blocked for me. It appears that the last row is not elevated as high above the nearer row as is the case with other rows. If you are tall, I recommend you not sit in the back row. Also, Tuesdays are $5 movie night, a great deal. The sound was great and the staff we encountered were all pleasant. All in all, a great place to watch a movie.

Palladia 16 offers $5 Tuesdays for regular movie tickets. It is quite the steal! However, when I went, my movie was nearly sold out so we got really poor seats. After 10 minutes, half the seats in the theater remained open, which was frustrating. The service was nice and the theaters clean, but the fact that we were stuck in the front row of a "sold out" theater even though only half the seats were full was annoying enough to sully the experience.

When we want to watch a movie, we won't go anywhere else! We're spoiled with the reclining seats and won't watch a movie unless they're playing it in one of their Theaters that has the recliners lol 😂
I like how they have a butter station because in my opinion nobody can butter my popcorn the way I can! 😂
They also serve beer and wine, sometimes my Husband will get a beer because that line is always way shorter and you can order food and stuff there as long as you're ordering a beer or wine. LOL

It's nice to have the option in town, but in my experience, the digital projection is not as good as the traditional film projection. On several occasions, there have been burned out pixels on the screen that are distracting and a constant reminder that you are watching a movie. Some of the theaters are quite small.

I have not attended since they added the food service at your seat. Many people seem to like that, but I haven't been able to understand the attraction yet. I guess I should give it a try. But candy wrappers and coke slurpers were distracting enough. I can't imagine watching a movie while food is delivered and eaten!
