We stayed in Ferndale to see the Humboldt Redwoods but visiting this shop was an added bonus. There are two stores with blacksmith work that is beautifully crafted and functional, as well as art pieces.

It is worth a quick stop to see the fabulous pieces of useable functional iron art work. The store fits the ambience of the village. It is what you would expect in an art/blacksmith ship.

We all were taken aback by the beautifully crafted iron pieces in the blacksmith shop. I loved the creative pieces that could be used in ones home or business.

Once you enter the shop, just stop and take a long look around the complete room and ceiling. This is NOT the usual tourist area shop. I have seen many blacksmith shops but this is very, very different. Real imagination. Hangers of every size and...More

interesting pieces of art/work. Very well displayed. Looked like they have a live workshop where you could see them working on the newer pieces. Their expo a few doors down is also worth a visit.
