My family came out to visit me and this is where I took them. Nobody had a jacket and it turned to be a very cold ride shivering and shaking the whole way. So if it's a little Breezy be sure and bring a heavy...More

This is a good way to get a historical and overall layout of the Port of Humboldt and the bay. Captain Leroy knows more about local maritime history than you will find anywhere, and you are guaranteed to enjoy your cruise.

Even if you are a local this is a must do-- even better on a sunny day. Nice boat with history itself and outing is just the right length of time.

They provide (or sell, rather) warm drinks for you to enjoy while you're looking out over the bay and learning about local history. A great afternoon. Also we saw a rat under the dock while we were boarding--bonus wildlife!!

You'll get a narrated tour of Humboldt/ Eureka bay. An interpretive cruise, covering much of the rich history of our community. You can bring, or buy a beverage, and enjoy the ride. Bring a warm coat as it sometimes gets breezy on the water.

No....the boat stays within the waters of the harbor and does not go out between the two jetties leading into open ocean! You will see the famous 19th century Carson Mansion that inspired Alfred Hitchcock's design of the... More
