Unfortunately it was hot and sunny and I walked around the Dublin Blvd section. Looking back at it, I like to hike the northern part of the trail.

I take my dog jogging every morning on the iron horse trail. It is a paved path that stretches approximately 25+ miles, away from the roads and commercial buildings. It's awesome for cycling, jogging or walking your dog (not too many squirrels).

The best walking trail this side of tbe Mississippi! Start from several different places, go in different directions and you'll always wind up in a place you'll definitely want to come back to!

Yes, the trail goes to Walnut Creek. Just find out exact location of the trail and some public parking.
