Many years ago now this non-descript mall was remodeled with cozy places to sit, fountains, and walkways. Whoever designed it did a remarkable job. It's a favorite place to stop on my way from Sonoma to the City. Several great eateries, a Barnes & Noble bookstore, and always something I need at The Container Store.

In June, we were passing through Corte Madera on a road trip. We stayed at the Best Western across the street from the town center. This is a great outdoor mall. Has the usual (Starbucks), a big grocery store, several chain and independent stores and service stores like a dry cleaner, etc. While we were walking around, the farmer's market was going on. It was a fantastic market -- tons of produce and products. I wish our local outdoor mall offered the same. Also has a few restaurants. Just a really cool place, and it was perfect for us as we were traveling and needed groceries, and Starbucks. Loved the architecture of it.

Shop and stroll the great marin weather lately… you should. East side of the freeway has always been the higher end.Nordstrom , anthro, lulu, madewell, faherty.. …a huge- - la Atlanta or Austin RH…complete w a nod to Yountville cafe on roof complete w old growth olive trees and chandeliers because we need both? .. Westside of 101 has some yummy food stops with some of the practical stuff like dry cleaners ,dog food , Safeway and paper source. You can walk under madera on-ramp
Of 101 and stroll the estuary w views of san Quentin and the bay.. it’s a way to get your steps in , eat well, shop
For an EV -they had the Volvo one and Tesla-one on either side .. and hit your faves for the basics . Pleasantly impressed with how this center has evolved and endured

An average small shopping mall. No magnet stores, but an array of average restaurants and coffee shops. A fish restaurant ,a BBQ,{a Mexican restaurant stand out} A furniture store,Bay Club health club and El Fornaio chain restaurant,a container store and REI outdoor retail location. Usually plenty of parking and during summer months they have outdoor music in a pleasant setting. For me-I rarely shop or eat there(El Fornaio the exception).

From Groceries to Italian, seafood to vegetarian, stationary to furnishings, this remodeled open air mall with ample parking, offers a variety of good things in a cozy little setting. After celebrating a birthday at Il Fornaio, I bought four slick toy cars at Five Little Monkeys, and then six brightly colored packages of stationary at Paper Source. I toured Crate & Barrel and had a lovely time in this center with a mountain backdrop. I enjoy this mall far more than most.

I went the the Town Center after work to get prepared for a staff Christmas party and walked down the center finding great gifts to add to goody bags starting at ornaments from Crate and Barrel, to Sur La Table, to Columbine, to Il Fornaio... it was very easy and found what I needed! Blink is always a great gift too..

Besides great stores and restaurants there is a delightful fountain with a mouse atop an elephant atop a globe of the world. It's fun. There are benches and an umbrella nearby...a great place to meet after the group separates to do their own shopping.
Barnes & Noble is right there. Noticed a lot of Crate & Barrel bags going by. The area is clean, the people looked happy. There was live music a ways away but nice background sound.

Came here for the first time with my husband, Well maintained shopping center with easy access on and off the freeway. Nice mix of retail outlets and restaurants to visit at the Towne Center Mall. I would come here again.
