My husband and I traveled to Coronado island this last week for my cousin's wedding. Neither of us had visited California before, much less Coronado island. We are very impressed! What a beautiful island! Incredible views, impressive beaches, and much to do and see! We spend 4 days exploring the island, and wish that we'd had longer. It's got a... More

This is the most friendly Salon on the "Island". Such a wonderful group of stylists and manicurists that are happy and talented. Over fifty years CBS has been in operation in the same spot. You name it they can do it in hair or nails. 1010 C Avenue just off Orange Avenue and the Trolley Stop.Ask about the Trolley Tune... More

Coronado is one of the most attractive & beautiful cities in San Diego County. It is a resident paradise and a visitor's paradise. The most scenic way to visit Coronado is taking the Coronado Bridge. It's span creates an awesome drive of almost 3 miles from San Diego to Coronado. Once over the bridge you can turn right past Tidelands... More

If you like to walk there's an abundance of beautiful neighborhoods to stroll through with amazing gardens to inspire you. From quaint to downright regal homes and everything in between. Of course there's Hotel Del Coronado and great boulevards with shops galore and beaches with gloriously clean sand, but take the time to explore beyond. Get inspired for your next... More

Great walkable downtown and waterfront. Lots of activity but not overly crowded a lot of the island is occupied by Naval installations.

While on our harbour tour, we were told that the houses start at $1.9 and go up from there. During our walking tour of Coronado Island, although it's really a peninsula, we notice a lot of high end vehicles. In fact, we saw Maserati, Ferrari & Lamborghini dealerships in close proximity to one another. There are an abundance of restaurants... More
