No place our dog, Tux, would rather be! The white sand, medium sized waves across the blue ocean 🌊 with a gentle breeze blowing across my face. Heaven on earth; almost. The lifeguards were friendly But very attentive watching to make sure the dog's were...More

We were there on a quiet weekday morning. The sand was soft and the view is beautiful. A great town to walk around!

Great walking beach, great weather and sand castles too. This is a lovely and clean beach with rolling waves, pelicans, sea shells and a bit of everything for beach goers....great place for a morning walk.

A beautiful expansive beach with awesome picture opportunities. ONLY negative was part of the ocean access from the beach was closed due to some sort of under water construction. We stayed at the Hotel Coronado and this area was right outside the resort beach entrance....More

This is a very long, large and beach with lovely sand. There were some first class sand castles and the famous hotel looks over part of it.

Come early for parking but the main strip of dining is nearby. The Hotel Del is close by to walk through. Safer area beach and worth the drive.
