We played the Boulder (longer) course on December 26, and had a wonderful day. Course was in great shape and the width of some of the fairways was welcomed. We hadn't played since early October. It is nice to play a course that doesn't have condos along every fairway. Cimarron feels like a golf course and was challenging, yet forgiving.... More

This is a review of the Boulder (long) course. Flat and wide open course with hardly any trees. Good pace of play at 3.5 hours. Fairways, bunkers and greens all in very good condition. Carts are equipped with GPS. Nice driving range and putting greens. Would play again.

course was in beautiful shape, fun to play. Have golfed there now twice and will definitely go back when in Palm Springs in the spring.

To be fair we stayed at the Cimarron Resort next door and did not play golf. But we took advantage of their great outdoor chairs to sit and enjoy a morning coffee with a tremendous view of the course and mountains. Large club house and grounds offering a golf shop and an informal restaurant and bar.

Currently, the course is in great shape! The layout is a desert links style. This facility is always well cared for. The ever present wash is left in its natural state. Definitely take advantage of the free drop out. Some of the brush areas come into play and can prove to be quite a foe. Wind is another factor that... More

We loved this little course. The staff was great. The course is a typical desert course, but nicely maintained and they offer value priced golf for those of us that don't care to spend $100 per round to play. We joined their players club and definetly plan to return.

We played our first round free with the purchase of a Cimarron Players card today. The card guarantees us the lowest rate throughout the year as well as 20% off pro shop merchandise and 10% off food and beverage purchases. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. We found the course in great shape and the post game happy hour... More

Recently played the executive course.(Pebble) 17 par 3's and one par 4. From the blue tees, distances range 85 to over 200 yard. The greens are very challenging. We saw the double breakers on most of the greens if you were out of position. Many of the green are raised to a miss could be a mile. The course was... More

The course is fairly easy, but you do have to stay out of the wash areas left and right and don't end up in the bunkers that guard the front of many of the greens. They're pretty intimidating. We like the greens; they're fast but fair and in great condition even though the fairways are brown. Of course we did... More
