E’ in pratica il Welcome center della Carmel heritage society e ci è capitato per caso di trovarci da queste parti e quindi poter vedere questa costruzione che rappresenta uno stile che poi sembra aver caratterizzato un po’ tutta questa cittadina e motivo per cui è considerato un edificio dal valore storico, anche se per quanto carino ci è sembrato piuttosto normale.
