The hours are shorter and several rides as well as food stands were closed so was it worth the price of a ticket plus parking? I would say no. The upside was the ride lines were not long at all. Most of the employees were cheerful and helpful. They did offer a return ticket to be used any weekend before the end of February. It didn’t benefit us as we are from out of town. Definitely a fun place to go if you have children between the ages of 2-8 years old. A little disappointed they did not have a make your own figure as they do in some of their Discovery stores.

This was our second time here. We’re a family of five and all love legos so this is a great experience for us. The rides are fun for the whole family. Our kids are 3(almost 4 and tall),8 and 12 and could ride everything together. We stayed at the hotel and entered the park on Christmas Day during this stay, it was perfect not crowded and we were able to experience nearly ever ride and activity that was open. The building activities were great, nice break and the staff was really helpful and kind to the children, best experience with park staff in these locations for sure. Our second day (day after Christmas) was frustrating, very crowded and the lines were 60+ min for every ride. So many people in a bad mood everywhere (including many staff members). There was rides that broke down during the wait or closed all together for the day so that was a bummer. There were very little characters in the park. Several of the restrooms were absolutely destroyed. My biggest complaint was the Coca Cola freestyle cups. I paid $60 for four cups and maybe got to fill them twice due to broken machines and machines out of everything. My kids would fill their cup and it would be flat soda or weak so they poured out the bad beverage and the machine told them they had to wait to refill it! Total rip! Don’t get the cups, not worth it. Just bring in your own drinks. The hotel is good but not resort quality like stated, the rooms are fun for the kids however our room was very damaged, the kids wall seemed to be pulled apart for the bottom and nails were showing, my youngest was trying to stick his hands into it. The Lego sculptures in the room were damaged and one missing all together! Overall the room Was just very beat up and worn, definitely needs some attention. They would only leave two Lego kits in the safe every night so we had to go down and ask for a third all three nights. The maid service was good and the bellman’s were great with our things. The bar tender at mini figure lounge was great too and the service at bricks was good considering how busy they were, the table bus staff ran their butts off. I think that they are mostly likely understaffed during these times just like all places right now however there is definitely ways to give guests more value during these times. Overall we had a great time and we’re sad to leave. However if you don’t love legos you might be more disappointed.

A disappointing trip with a cancelled new year fireworks even though rain stopped 6 hours before the event. They kept postponing the event every 10 minutes until an hour later it got canceled. Not sure how can such a large organization be so unorganized. The walk back to parking was filled with cries and hollers of cranky kids who were super tired and dejected with the cancellation. The DJ had them dance for the extra hour too so I can guess they were not wrong in their anger. The parents were at the end of their wits.

It was raining most of the day when the weather said it was going to stop mid day. All of the rides were open in the morning and by 1pm/2pm hit all rides outdoors were shut down. They were trying to open the rides and everytime they tried it would pour again. We would wait in line and then they would shut down. One attraction gave us a line skip pass which was great! The other ride didn’t offer it! They should’ve shut the park down for the day since we missed out on rides while it was raining. We were informed that the park would not shut down due to rain just rides would be closed until rain let’s up.

Hotel is a joke, all kids running the place absolutely no adults to contact for assistance. Impossible to contact the front desk or guest services. Their answer is to text a number and possibly get a response back in 15 minutes.

The hotel was great but the room was terrible.. room felt kinda dirty in the kids area… the curtain in the room we stayed at didn’t close so as soon as the sunlight hit, it was beaming on the person on the right side of the beds face… the TV in our room kept turning offf so I couldn’t entertain the living in the room I had to switch it on in the kids room for everyone. The birthday package is not worth it. The 3 legos they give you are a horrible choice and the blanket and banner isn’t really Lego themed and teddy bear was some cheap happy birthday bear with a basic birthday Hat…. Breakfast was mediocre at best.. so was dinner

Plenty of rides for smaller kids. Not too many for little kids. I'd recommend a cheaper photo pass as I think so many pass it up because it's so much. The stores are great, and I hope you find something about miniland usa, because so many just walk by it.

Missed the mark on so many levels. We won't be returning anymore. Dingy worn out room the first night with no warm water and bad buffets. Had to walk across the parking lot to access pool. Early entry for hotel guests a joke. Stuck in a returned ride for a rediculous amount of time. And no churros?!

It’s the worst of all the local parks. Really expensive once you get there and if you have kids over 10, it’s forgettable. Way better when they are younger, they don’t notice all the negligence of the park. The employees do their best but they are not having fun either.. The performers bring it, but I’m not sure why. Seriously, the dancers and the brass players and the people in the Lego costumes, props!! Almost worth going for.

Legoland is absolutely terrific for small children. They have playgrounds and rides to keep them easily satisfied throughout the entire day. My only gripe is for the price how little there is to accommodate adults. It’s very akin to taking children to a playground where you sit and watch from a bench the entire time. The food selection was pretty good. I do wish they had more vegan options, it makes life in a group pretty rough these days when an establishment doesn’t take them into serious consideration. Their beer selection is unfortunately abismal. They’re far behind the other local amusement parks in that respect. Their membership also doesn’t discount alcohol like it does at SeaWorld. This place really is made purely for small children. On that note, I happily have memberships for my entire family as I have three small children. I hope as time goes on Legoland gives me a reason to keep our memberships as they grow older.
